What countries do you ship to?
I am currently only shipping within the United States. International shipping is temporarily suspended until further notice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify, and Visa.
Are your packaging materials recycled?
Yes! I am really big on recycling, reusing, and repurposing. Most packaging materials are either made from recycled materials or reused with exception of the shipping envelope to ensure safe arrival.
How accurate are your product photos?
Photos are unedited and most are taken in natural light. Studio lights are used in some photos to exhibit chatoyancy and other crystal traits. Please also note that each computer monitor varies in color display.
How accurate are your measurements?
All measurements in inches are approximate unless the measurements are given in millimeters. For jewelry setting purposes, the item is measured in millimeters to be as accurate as possible.
How accurate is the metaphysical information?
Metaphysical information given is meant for spiritual and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any ailments or disease. It is not intended to replace the advice of your health care provider. I am not liable or responsible for any misuse, reactions, or results of how you use sold items. Small items can be a choking hazard for children and animals. Additionally, please practice fire safety and use all products with caution. Keep in mind that you assume all responsibility when burning resin, wood, herbs, or candles. Use these products (ie. crystals, smudging herbs, resins, candles, metaphysical tools) responsibly and at your own risk.
Do you sell wholesale?
I do not sell wholesale through my website. However, please follow my Instagram @junebugjaybird for occasional bulk deals and sales.
How do I cleanse my crystals?
Please look up which crystals are sensitive to water, salt, or sunlight before cleansing your pieces. I recommend using Reiki, the moonlight, or smudging your crystals with palo santo, sage, sweetgrass, or any of my loose incense blends to cleanse your crystals. Be rest assured, all items will arrive reiki charged and cleansed.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Please avoid exercising, sleeping, and bathing in your jewelry. Water can damage the stones, the settings, and will also break down any patinas and polishes. Refrain from exposing your jewelry to chemicals including (but not limited to) commercial cleaning solutions, lotions, and perfumes. Protect your jewelry when traveling with proper packaging to prevent damage. If you need to clean your piece, I recommend very cautiously cleaning with gentle soap and a soft bristle toothbrush. Please refrain from vigorous scrubbing and routine thorough cleanings.
I damaged a piece of jewelry I purchased from you. Can you fix it?
Please email me email@example.com with photos of the damage. Most items can be repaired for a nominal fee. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All items are Reiki charged, cleansed, securely packaged, and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If your order has been placed during a very busy time or if I’m out of town, I will place notification on my home page and a post on my Instagram page (@junebugjaybird) stating an adjusted shipping time frame.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
Domestic delivery takes anywhere between 2-10 business days. International shipping varies with each country, but takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks. Please note these are estimated time frames, and vary due to the postal system. Accordingly, I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
What do I do if I accidentally gave you the wrong address when placing my order?
Please immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Wrong Address’ and the order number in the subject line. If I have already shipped your order out, please contact your local post office to see how they can assist you. If your package is returned to me, I will contact you, and you will be responsible for the additional postage to mail your package to the correct address.
What currency are the prices listed as?
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any duty, taxes, or fees collected by your country upon delivery. If you fail to pay any of the fees required by your country upon delivery and your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for all shipping and return costs incurred by me upon arrival.
What do I do if my order is lost or arrived damaged?
If you purchased shipping insurance, please take photos of the packaging along with the damaged item(s) so that I can file an insurance claim on your behalf. Send an email to email@example.com with ‘Damage’ and the order number in the subject line. If you haven’t purchased shipping insurance, there is little I can do. Once your package is in the possession of the postal service, I am not responsible for any carrier damage, loss, or theft. If your package has been marked ‘delivered,’ but is missing, please reach out to any family members or neighbors that may have received your package by mistake. If you believe your mail was stolen, please contact your local post office and police to file a report. (At the moment, shipping insurance is not available for international orders, please do not add it to your cart.)
What is your return policy for domestic U.S. orders?
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to me within 3 days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Return’ and the order number in the subject line. The return must be made within 10 days of delivery and the item(s) including any gifts sent with the order must be returned undamaged and shipped back with proper packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. If the item is not received in the original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. After the item(s) have been received in their original condition, I will issue a refund. All returns may be subject to restocking fees.
What is your return policy for international orders?

What items are non-refundable?
Due to the nature of these items, the following items (but not limited to) cannot be returned: custom orders, sale items (including any items purchased through PayPal on my instagram), discounted items (including items purchased with a discount or coupon code), perishable or dried products (ie. food, flowers), digital downloads, gift cards, items for health/hygienic reasons (ie. jewelry, smudging tools), shipping, and shipping insurance.
